Safety Precautions for Live Performances

The following page outlines some of the mitigation steps Providence Players of Fairfax is taking to keep all of its patrons and volunteers safe for live performances beginning in October.  All activity is in accordance with regulations from the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Department of Health, and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

COVID-19 Protocols

Providence Players of Fairfax is committed to the health and safety of all who work, perform, and attend performances at the James Lee Community Center Theater. Because Providence Players performs at the theater under an agreement with the Fairfax County Department of Community and Recreation Services, we must comply with the County’s mask policy.

Masks are no longer required to attend productions at James Lee.  This information may be updated as circumstances change.

Proof of vaccination against Covid-19 is not required, but we strongly recommend that patrons get vaccinated before attending performances to help protect Providence Players actors, crew members and other patrons.

Please note that these procedures can change at any time, and we appreciate your understanding.
